Meet Our Lenders

Jon Boyd

Jon is the VP / Branch Manager at the Bloomfield Office of First Commonwealth Bank specializing in commercial mortgage lending. Owning a rental portfolio and being the Treasurer for ACRE of Beaver County, gives him a huge advantage in understanding and knowing how to help real estate investors.

Dan Costantino

Bill Hook

Bill is a REI Coach, National Trainer, and a Pittsburgh ACRE Board Member. He has been investing in real estate for over 10 years and is dedicated to helping other real estate investors in the area by sharing his knowledge of getting deals and getting private money lenders to fund them!

Dan Lapic

Dan is a Senior Lending Professional at Allied Mortgage Group and has been in the banking business for 20 plus years. As a mortgage loan officer he has many great programs for investment properties to help clients succeed.

Brandon Bartoldi
